All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships!

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping – Orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

We want you to love your festival gear as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility

Before starting a return, please ensure:

  • Your item was purchased within the last 15 days
  • The item is in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • You have your original order confirmation or number

Step 2: Submit Your Return Request

Step 3: Wait for Approval & Shipping Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Return authorization and instructions
  • Shipping address for your return
  • Any special instructions if needed

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Keeping your tracking number safe
  • Including the return form if we provided one

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

💰 Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for refund processing
  • Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Want a different size or color? We’ve got you covered!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll notify you if your desired exchange item is out of stock
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To keep the festival vibes safe and hygienic for everyone, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Hats & Hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Glasses & Goggles (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Hydration & Fanny Packs (if the seal has been broken)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or not as described? We’re so sorry!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

We’ll send a replacement immediately or process a full refund, including shipping costs.
